Shire Meeting Minutes 8/17/17
The meeting was conducted by Baroness Jenevra in Lady Ravenna’s absence.

- Web – There has been a phishing attempt on Kingdom Emails, please use caution

Chronicler
- Summer Newsletters are available
MoAS
- Will probably do a class on how to run an event
- No classes until after Wrightstown
Our Next meetings will be on 9/14 & 10/12 to accommodate for events
K&Q Rapier
- December 16 is a good date per Her Highness
- Need to look into food
March 9th will be Known World A&S and is hosted by the Shire of Hartshorn-dale
Wrightstown Demo
- Submitted our request to ken to put our info on their site as they have other organizations
- Need to submit schedule for fencing and heavy
- There will be games, A&S tent, play, big spinning wheel & cooking demo
- Camping is available
- **dry site**
Shire Wars
- Day Board will be in 2 places, feast hall and list field. Servers are needed
- There is a cabin available for overnight, but space is limited
- Bring tables & pop-ups if you have them
- There will be Shire Wars meeting of all the participating shires on Sunday of tehe event
- There will be a bead pilgrimage again
Barony progress
- The Kingdom New Groups officer has been contacted
The next Shire meeting is September 14 at 7:30 pm at the Churchville Nature Center
