Officers Reports

Baron & Baroness –
 EK Bardic challenge went well and all were thanked for coming out and supporting the
event. Adelisa is our new bardic champion.
 His excellency is has been putting feelers out pushing to form a big regional event with
fighting, a & s, vendors, etc.
 A variety of spaces were talked about that need to be investigated as potential event
sites for future events. Janice suggested Fallsington VFW.
 Her excellency want to get events on the calendar for 2025, especially Al Hafla
 Buckland Cross heavy and rapier champions needs to be scheduled for October and
needs a steward
Web Minister
 Site is up to date and will add spring newsletter this weekend
Herald
 No submissions seem to be going through
 Stan mentioned his device has gone through
MOL
 Nothing to report
Exchequer
 Still nothing from regional/kingdom exchequer about the quarterly books. Neither
Exchequer nor deputy has access to kingdom drives. Jazz said she will reach out.
 12 Night check has not been deposited by Kingdom
 Bardic deposit was done and looks to be a break even event
Chatelaine/Knight Marshal/Fencing Marshal
 Fencing is going very well
 No new member contacts
MOAS
 Several people have reached out about teaching classes
 Adelisa as the new baronial bard would like to do once a month bardic gatherings at
either the nature center or someone’s backyard. Jazz offered her yard as possible space.
Chronicler
 Spring newsletter is available. Paper copies were available at the meeting.
 Members are welcome to share news, a & s pictures, recipes and such. Share the good
stuff going on with barony members.
Seneschal
 Quarterly report submitted.
Old Business
 We heard back from the Bucks County Ren Fair folks and they will give us a 10×15’ space
for our Baronial pop‐up as well as list field space and 6 passes. We need someone to
coordinate the event and be the contact person with the ren fair. Adrien offered to do
that.
