- there has been interest in an inter-baronial event;
- lots of local support but not much traction so move it to being a “southern-region” event as a whole

- Briarwood Daycamp possibility
- $4500 site fee; would need minimum 200 people (with site fee of $25) to break even
- Site only has parking lot for 100 people
- Camp Nockamixen wants $45 a head before any other costs are even added
- Okamixen Boyscout Camp is in price range but have veryt narrow window of availability, which happens to be immediately after Pennsic
- Other option is to reach out to neighbor baronies, to see if they will house event in their area
- Hartshorndale 4H site is possibility, barony would also likely be willing to share an event
- Boyscout and Girlscout camps good options because usually have archery ranges
- (for sites without, can include the archers in a type of game. If does well, can maybe afford site with archery range at it)
- lots of local support but not much traction so move it to being a “southern-region” event as a whole
- Reached out to Bensalem School District to possibly have a Schola or indoor Artisan Village. Discussions started.
- there has been interest in an inter-baronial event;
((Fundraiser with a marginalia or “sexy” medieval calendar))
