Officers’ Reports

• Exchequer:
  • Heraldry check not deposited yet
  • Barony Balance: $7,230.96
  • 4^th quarter finalized and approved
  • 1^st Quarter report submitted
  • Needs to know who check for seed money will be written out to for June event
• Knight Marshall/Chatelaine:
  • no contact with the new people from demo
  • Archery practice had 2 new people
• MoAS:
  • “How to Herald in Court” class was a success
  • Want to have the 1^st meeting of month be specific class and the 2^nd meeting be open project class
  • Still working on A&S rubric for championship
• Herald:
  • 2^nd quarter report submitted successfully
• MoL: nothing to report
• Chronicler:
  • NEWSLETTER NEEDED
  • Webminister warrant needed
• Baron & Baroness: nothing new to report

NEW BUSINESS:         

• June Event
  • event switched to June 22^nd at previous meeting due to availability
  • Changing gears due to event not listed in Pikestaff,
  • will not be Championship event, but a “Summer Sampler”
    • still Artisan Village and now a Bartertown event
  • Donation event now
  • Potluck
  • Still need seed money for change
• Still doing Bucks County Ren Faire
  • Andrutta offering to make name tags
• Southern Region event looking for date in April 2026
• Reclaim Buckland lands from neighbors in the North
• September 13^th for all Championships
  • Core Creek Park: Pavilions 7, 8, 9 ($80 each pavilion)
