Runnymede meets regularly, and discussed becoming a returning entity within events – invite Cousins to join the dais for Baronial Courts for business purposes, and as a courtesy. Herald the Cousins to to sit in the front row as special guests. Request that this be added to the Herald’s checklist so we have “all our Bucks in a row”. Kingdom calendar is packed through February 2026 and filling up quickly. If you have an idea for an event, put together a bid and budget ASAP – we cannot wait until last minute.
Award recommendations being accepted – both Baronial and Kingdom, let Their Excellencies know
We would like to get together largess workshops so that we can gift Cousins at investitures – Iron Bog will be coming up this Spring
Buckland and Bhakail looking to join forces to host Runnymede Dinner at Pennsic. Think of fundraising ideas, as well as gifts that can be given to all Cousins. Ask on list what their favorite gifts have been so we can use those ideas.

Two new fencers coming to practice – Patrick and Ricky – excited about rapier and working towards getting them to the membership level. Possibly sponsor their admissions to Bhakail Yuie if they’re interested in seeing what we do.

Postal legatos email has still not been answered either by Postal or Southern Region Seneschal
Eisenthall voted among officers as a “no” for joining as a Canton of Buckland
Voice vote to confirm Morwill as next Seneschal passes unanimously
Voice vote to confirm Stan as new Knight Marshall passes unanimously
Voice vote to confirm Adelisa as Chatelaine passes unanimously
We will need to switch over the Gold Key bins, and need to sort through items for keep/sell/trash – bringing bins to workshop on Sunday
Holiday gathering at December meeting on December 18th, including a pot luck and sock gift exchange ($25 or under budget)
