Fencing Practice happens in the Community Room at the Churchville Nature Center on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month (except holidays) at 7:30p. This is the year-round schedule. The practice will be held each Tuesday evening INDOORS at the Nature Center in the atrium. Check the Facebook page for updates and for quicker response to queries. A small donation is invited to cover the low, but real, cost of the site.
Come and learn how to fence. Many styles & time periods are discussed and individual/melee skills are practiced. Loaner gear is available from the Barony if you’d like to try your hand. Don Morwill MacShane is our fencing marshal, and he hopes to see you there!
The Barony holds its business meetings monthly. Please join us to discuss old and new business and help us shape our community! Garb is not required. We typically have snacks or grab a bite to eat after.

The Barony of Buckland Cross will be holding an interim business meeting to finalize details for the East Kingdom’s 12th Night Celebration and Buckland Cross Baronial Investiture.
At this meeting, we will also be holding elections for the offices of Ministry of Arts & Sciences, Exchequer, and Chronicler. Please submit your letter of intent to our Seneschal no later than January 5th, 2024.

His Excellency Buckland Cross will be bringing many period games to teach and share.

Pre-registration by January 3 is recommended as our site has a maximum occupancy limit.
Adult Non-Member: $30.00
Adult Member: $25.00
Youth (age 6-17): $15.00
Child (age 0-5): Free
Feast:
Pre-registration is required for feast. There are 60 seats available for feast. Reservations must be made by January 3, and will be fulfilled in order of payment.
Feast fee: $15.00

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24 hours of the online preregistration information being submitted. Online preregistration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid. We recommend using PayPal if wishing to be on board for feast.
