Special Meeting Minutes, September 8 2024 Emergency Election of two officer positions; Exchequer and Chronicler due to the current Exchequer stepping down and moving from the area. These will be interim officers until the regular yearly election in January The position of Exchequer was first up for election with two candidates: Sigridh and Brittany. The election was done by paper ballot. With the election result of Sigridh Since Sigridh was elected, her position of Chronicler needs to be filled. Officers Reports Baron & Baroness – EK Bardic challenge went well and all were thanked for coming out and supporting theevent. Adelisa is our new bardic champion. His excellency is has been putting feelers out pushing to form a big regional event withfighting, a & s, vendors, etc. A variety of spaces were talked about that need to be investigated as potential eventsites for future events. December 2023 Business Meeting

Dec. 14, 2023 In attendance was the Seneschal, Deputy Seneschal, Baron, Baroness, Exchequer, Knight Marshal, Webminister, MoAS, Herald, MoL, and members of the populace. Seneschal announced that the results of the Baronial polling have been released by their Majesties. Baron and Baroness revealed that the new heirs were Lord Muireadhach Ó Cuileannáin and Lady Yasamin al-Sardaniya. A discussion then occurred about investiture arrangements for East Kingdom 12th Night on January 13. An emergency meeting to vote on a new Exchequer and MoAS was set for Jan. 7. The deputies of each position were asked to function temporarily as Baronial officers until that meeting. The Baronial financial guidelines were also to be voted upon then.
